Bessey K-Body REVO clamps
Description
The third iteration of Bessey's premier parallel jaw clamp, the K Body REVO clamps are every workshop's workhorse. A wide range of accessories and spare parts and a lifetime guarantee ensure your investment in these premium clamps lasts.
The moving head has been redesigned with a tighter mechanism and now stays in place when not under load. The clamp handle has a co-molded exterior that provides a better grip and a 6mm hex socket in the handle end for driving in with a drill or using a hex wrench for extra torque.
The 2" wide and 5 3/4" long replaceable pads provide a larger surface area for pressure distribution. The overhang is a generous 3 3/4". The end stop on the steel bar helps stabilize the clamp during use and detaches to allow for reversal of the screw jaw for spreading.
Two adhesive-resistant rail protection pads prevent the rail from touching the workpiece, lift the rail from squeezing out, and have through-holes for use with optional hold-down clamps to temporarily secure the clamp to a workbench or other surface 2" thick. Other accessories available are wide ones , soft-surface tilting jaws, a set of 90° clamping blocks and an aluminum extension to join two clamps together.
The internal steel frame allows for a clamp force of up to 1700lb and a working load limit of 2200lb. The size given is the maximum clamping capacity.
